Payment Options

For purchases made online at Jewels and Lace, we accept the following methods of payment:

Credit / Debit / Cheque Cards Secure Card Payments through Payfast. Payment gets deducted from your account immediately and we can start processing your order right away
Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) Use you order number as your payment reference when making payment by EFT. Your order will only be processed once funds have cleared in our FNB account (Please note clearing of funds can take up to 48 hours if you do not bank with FNB) *IF PAYMENTS ARE NOT RECEIVED WITHIN 72 HOURS YOUR ORDER MAY BE CANCELLED **Cash deposits at a FNB branch WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. If you are forced to make a cash deposit inside the branch, please include R50 extra for bank fees. Payments not received in full (invoice amount + R50 bank fees), will not be processed. **ATM deposits are acceptable and no additional payment is required for banking fees.
Jewels and Lace Gift Voucher Can only be used for purchases made online at jewelsandlace.co.za. Total amount on voucher must be spent in one visit. No change will be given

For all card payments, we subscribe to Payfast, a 3rd party payment gateway which has the highest security and encryption standards, ensuring our customers can shop with peace of mind. This means that we never store your card details so your confidential information cannot be accessed by anyone who is unauthorised to do so. Card Holders may go to www.payfast.co.za to view Payfast’s security policies.
