How to Shop Online
STEP 1: BROWSE OUR SHOP
Browse through our shop by hovering your cursor over the SHOP menu. Click on the category you would like to see, or you can click on SHOP to view all our products
STEP 2: SELECT THE PRODUCT(S) YOU WOULD LIKE TO BUY
Hover your mouse cursor over the product you are interested in and a mini cart or heart (wishlist) icon will display. Click on the mini cart to add the item to your basket. If you would like to add the product to your wishlist click on the little heart icon.
You will see in the top right corner that the item has been added to your cart. The total value & number of items in your cart will be displayed. You can continue shopping for as many items as you want and add them all to you cart.
If you’d like to see more details about the product, larger images or product materials, click on the image. If there are more options (colour, sizes, etc.) then you will need to click on the image and then select your option from the drop down tab. You can also adjust the quantity of items you would like to purchase here.
STEP 3: VIEW YOUR BASKET & PROCEED TO CHECKOUT
When you have finished shopping, click on the cart icon in the top right hand corner or on MY BASKET in the top left corner of the page.
Your cart will now display. Here you will be able to edit the number of items or remove an item. If you have a gift voucher or promotional coupon, this is where you will enter the coupon code. Shipping fees are calculated here.
If you are happy with the items you have added to your basket, select PROCEED TO CHECKOUT.
STEP 4: SIGN UP OR LOGIN TO CHECK OUT
Already a member? Simply login using your email address & password. Once entered, click LOGIN
Haven’t signed up yet? Now’s your chance..it’s easy & it takes quick! All you need to do is enter your email address & create a password. Once done, tick the box CREATE AND ACCOUNT
Provide us with all your details required for delivery. Please make sure you enter an accurate delivery address and contact number. If we are delivering to a business premises, please remember to fill in the Company Name. Be sure to double check the information you are entering. All fields with a star are compulsory in order to proceed. Untick the SHIP TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS box on the bottom left if your billing address & delivery address are the same. Add any additional information that you would like us to know in the Order Notes box provided. Once complete, select your choice of PAYMENT METHOD to proceed to the next step. STEP 5: CHOOSE A PAYMENT METHOD AND PLACE YOUR ORDER
If you have selected Credit/Debit Card through Payfast as a payment method you will now be directed to Payfast’s secure webpage in order to process the payment. If everything goes through and is accepted, you will be notified that your order has been received. You will then receive a confirmation email shortly after placing your order. Processing of your order can begin immediately.
If you selected EFT as a payment method, you will receive an email with our bank details. You have 3 working days to do the payment. Processing of the order will only begin once you have made the payment and the money is reflecting in our account. Please do not forget to email us proof of payment.
Remember to read our Terms & Conditions and then tick the box that you accept them. Then click PLACE ORDER.
